In June 2025, our engineer, Pablo Rodrigues, visited the Mint to conduct strategic planning for the Aquasave Project. In crucial meetings with Mint managers and directors of Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions (Switzerland) and Dalmar Impianti S.R.L. (Italy), we began the full immersion phase.
Since 2024, Koenig & Bauer has entrusted us with the mission of bringing modern, high-performance solutions to the site, aiming to optimize its equipment and integrate new technologies into the Mint. This is a complex project, involving 1,200 m² of renovation and expansion using metal and precast structures.
Our DNA is to plan, execute, monitor, and validate. Therefore, we conducted a 360° assessment, immersing ourselves in the information and operational challenges of those working on site. The goal is clear: to simplify what seems difficult, creating solutions that not only improve civil infrastructure, thermal comfort, and finishes, but also facilitate daily activities, increasing productivity and safety.
We will work closely with Dalmar Impianti S.R.L., a specialist in electronic/industrial automation and software, to install the new equipment. This synergy of Swiss, Italian, and Brazilian expertise ensures that PBENGE delivers a project that meets the highest international standards, with improvements that translate into comfort, efficiency, and an improved work environment for everyone involved.
This is PBENGE's commitment: to transform challenges into excellent results.
