The Leader Behind PBENGE
Leading PBENGE is Pablo Rodrigues, a Civil Engineer with a degree from Pitágoras College in Londrina, Paraná, with over seven years of solid experience executing construction and renovations in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
His engineering career began in 2018 at MSE Engenharia, working as a budgeter on large-scale projects such as Fortaleza Airport (Fraport), Klabin, MRV Arena, Special Dog, and Stihl. This period was crucial for deepening quantitative surveys, project compatibility, and proposal preparation.
In a decisive step, Pablo coordinated the execution of complex HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services at the new STIHL Power Tools Research and Development Center (3,200 m²) in Rio Grande do Sul. There, he oversaw all stages of electrical installations, firefighting, automation, and plumbing, in addition to monitoring the civil phases of the foundation, structure, and roofing with Construtora Método. This experience
consolidated his expertise from planning to field execution, a key differentiator.
In 2019, this vast experience culminated in PBENGE's entrepreneurial journey,
guided by the values of Commitment, Resilience, and Transparency.
